Like everything, there are different kinds of those centers. Some of them focus on the importance of religion and others have more scientist approaches. For me the first is just a bunch of hogwash, cause no higher power will free me from my distress. But that’s not the opinion of the named institutions, well, I have the ability of thinking, and that’s not my conclusion.
