There is a mistake in taking breath fresheners or “breathe candies” when our breath smells bad. Bad breath even gets worst when we take those breath freshening products? Their effects are just temporary. Usually these breath freshening, mints or candies products contain sugar. And we all now that sugar attracts bacterial plaque. We are all familiar how bad breath occur, especially when after food consumption. The foods taste are consumed are absorbed by our blood stream and transferred to the lungs and exhaled. Serious bad breath or halitosis may prevented by having the proper dental hygiene. Brushing and flossing the teeth after eating won’t let the bacteria stay in our mouth and in between the gums and teeth. Avoid eating foods that causes bad breath like onions, garlic and spicy food. Regular visit to the dentist for check up will prevent from getting into serious dental problems. Don’t take sugar-based breath fresheners, mint candies or breath candies.
